​U12 COORDINATOR
Working with our Parent Liaison, supporting U12s - our largest age group. This non-coaching, internal-facing role is focused on supporting players and families within the U12 group. A key liaison between:

PACK CURATOR

Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

Oversee day-to-day accounting: ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR.

Process payroll, player/staff contracts

Ensure tax compliance and financial obligations are met

Support strategic financial planning, cost analysis, and financial modeling for growth decisions
